The brief

Almost Speedy started as a small group of runners in Manila. It needed a look that felt like the runs themselves: fast, a bit rough, and easy to show up for.

What I did

I built the identity from the ground up. A brush wordmark and an -A mark, then a weekly system of run posts, special-run announcements and pacer tags in grain, motion blur and hot orange. Merch took the club's idea of grit into something runners could wear.

What happened

The club grew into a community reaching thousands on social, with runners coming back week after week. Along the way we partnered with On, Gatorade, Uniqlo, Mizuno and Under Armour on events and in-store materials.

33 social jobs

The brief

A new Italian bistro needed locals and people driving through Disley to know it was there, and a reason to come back each season.

What I did

Warm serif headlines over close food photography for the feed. Campaigns for Sunday roasts, Breakfast with Santa and live music nights. Reels cut slowly, like the lunches. In print: the opening-day invite, à la carte, brunch and dessert menus, and a festive menu in four colourways and two languages.

What happened

33 numbered social jobs approved, plus a print suite that runs from opening day to Christmas.

The brief

Most people in Macclesfield had never eaten Detroit-style pizza. The work had to explain it fast (square, airy, with a caramelised cheese edge) and make people want it tonight.

What I did

A loud system in royal blue and orange with checkerboard borders and one-line hooks like “Deep dish? Naaah!”. Macro shots of the crust do the selling. World Cup tie-ins for match nights, real customer reviews set as posts, and reels cut to the crunch, including a dating-app parody.

What happened

Launch result reported by Hyperpath: £20k in sales over the first two days.

25+ ads by age band

The brief

Sell a two-step hair serum to men in the UK and Australia who would rather not talk about hair loss.

What I did

A paid-social funnel: top-of-funnel hooks versioned by age band and market, middle-of-funnel ads that answer the doubts (some built as a text thread or a video call), and bottom-of-funnel subscription offers. Around it, launch and organic posts, a search-bar reel, and the packaging, with a sun on the morning label and a moon on the night one.

What happened

25 ad files across three funnel stages and two markets, a launch run of posts, print-ready packaging, and three identity directions for the brand's October rework.

The brief

Position Indian Thali on craft: fresh spices, slow cooking and a proper night out in Prestbury.

What I did

37-page brand book

The brief

The agora was the open square where ancient Greeks met to talk, trade and eat. A new tapas and small-plates restaurant wanted an identity that carried that idea of gathering.

What I did

Four directions first. The chosen route sets a rising sun over three columns, in terracotta, ochre and warm cream, with Aegean blue and olive in support. The brand book covers voice (“Little plates. Big table.”), logo rules, colour, type, photography and applications from menus to stationery.

What happened

A 37-page brand book the restaurant can hand to any designer, printer or photographer.

The brief

An environmental consultancy needed an identity that feels expert and calm, and still close to the land it works on.

What I did

Five stylescapes explored different routes, from a monogram to a heritage serif. The final mark folds rolling fields into a circle, with a forest-green palette and Avenir Next. The brand book then carries it through to business cards, field kit, email signatures and document templates.

What happened

A kit the team uses day to day, from proposals and surveys to meeting backgrounds.
